Is there anyone shocked at this outcome?

Another in a long long line of status quo justice or injustice depending on your perspective.

Embraer admitted to paying the bribes.........yet no one charged was convicted.

Either the prosecutors are inept (intentionally or unintentionally)............or the system is still broken...........or both.

Do you really think the outcome will be any different?
I am actually very surprised considering all these fancy operatives (pulpo, Anti pulpo, lambí, oysters Rockefeller, etc) against the corruption of the previous administration. Weren't the planes purchased in the Fernandez administration?

Yes the planes were purchased in ex-president Fernandez third term. I was surprised when charges were brought up since kick backs and graph aka bribes is the status quo the world over when the government acquires big ticket items.
