covid 19 negative test needed to enter

Just read in Diario Libre that they suspended the tests at the airports because they have only 5 machines to process the tests and it was taking 4-5 hours to get results for all the passengers.

What's going to happen if you test positive? Are you going to be quarantined? Are they going to send you back on the next flight? Is an airline required to let you onboard if you test positive? So many questions - so few answers. Just close the airports, no?
