I'm confused now. Can someone tell me exactly what this curfew entails in SD and Santiago? Is it still everything closed after 3PM (restaurants etc)? and what about moving about? Is it everyone home by 6PM ?
I'm specifically referring to both these cities.

Beverage restriction

"The other measures provided in articles 7 to 20 of Decree 349-21, of May 30, 2021, are extended until Wednesday, June 23, 2021, inclusive, at which time the corresponding authorities will review such measures, as well as those provided in this decree.

In this sense, until that date the prohibition of consuming alcoholic beverages from 3:00 in the afternoon in public and private establishments for public use, as well as the sale of these products if it is for consumption in those places, is maintained.

On the other hand, alcoholic beverages can be sold until the normal curfew time, depending on the demarcation in question, as long as it is sold to take-out (take-out) or at home (delivery) in its original sealed container. "

So the idea that you can serve in a styrofoam cup and call it "take out" is not permitted.

Bars remain the same...3pm.
Nowhere can serve alcohol after 3pm anywhere in the country unless it's for takeaway or home delivery. So supermarkets are OK.

In SD and Santiago and many other places all businesses must shut at 6pm and everyone home by 9pm.

My reports from the street say "unless it is served in a white styrofoam container, or if the bar owner gave 500 pesos to the local police. "

Good to hear.
The last thing this administration wants or needs is tourist flocking to the areas
where that money is needed the most. All tourism shall be directed to Punta Cana
and the AI's going forward. End of story.
Perfect kill the whore mongering business once and for all in Sosua..damm they are not stupid..

It is impossible to kill the world's oldest profession. With it a such a low level at the moment, how is it that Sosua did not vanish in a puff of smoke? Whore mongers insist Sosua would be gone without them.

You sure about that? I thought everyone had to be home by 6PM in SD and Santiago.

What about the weekend rule?
