things close at 7pm weeknights and 5pm weekends. u can be out till 10 pm in transit on weekdays and 8 pm on weekends.
I live in Boca Chica and it's loosely enforced. No gestapo here.
It's been loosely enforced here in Santiago where I live lately.
Cops have backed off the last two weeks. My sources tell
me they are really sick of having to round up people who
are not criminals.

Where I live seems like light enforcement.
When I run into National District proper (you know when you cross the bridge into the other side) I have run into checkpoints and roving patrols.

was in the countryside near Dajabon, as they have no local police there is really no curfew.. but thats only a few hundred people.
have not seen or heard anyone having to deal with enforcement out in the boonies. it's so damn quiet you'd be easy to track though!
i have to admit that i like that aspect at least, and it lights a fire under your feet in the mornings to get moving as time is a bit limited
