Customer Service in the DR - Your experience?

There is a Consumer Protection body in the DR, but you don't actually hear about it doing anything.

Who was providing the customer service?

There wasn't any! but I guess we were lucky he never asked to come into the house for a siesta! All in all it was pretty funny, so his harmless "nievete" was sufficient "customer service"...Canadian Bob.
