DR needs to leave Parlacen , what is it for, what good and benefit does it bring to the DR? It's not like Parlacen is similar to European Union parliament that enacts laws and regulations that affect all EU member countries. Parlacen is a joke, and the DR shall leave it, and then prosecute whom it needs to prosecute.

Don't understand Parlacen at all. What if the DR just says eff it and prosecutes him anyways? What would the ramifications be?

Parlacen official has issue a clear understanding there will be no such protection for Medina if courts charge him with corruption. The statement made to a local journalist, made clear, it doesn’t provide immunity of prosecution for corruption acts in public office in any event.
