There has been a data center(IaaS) near San Souci for years. I forget the name. It is a high end completely redundant and secure facilty. Most larger organizations all lease from there.

I checked, its not there.

I asked my friend, he say it's called KIO Tech, thats the company that has data center in Zone Francia (near airport).

Here, it is now part of KIO Networks. This infrastructure has been there for years. I know because I had clients who were leasing space

We can if we add huge solar panel farm right next to it, yes

Put it in Punta Cana, power grid is very reliable there
