I'm the same way. It removes most of the downside risk and liability from the equation. Plus, a driver should know the directions which is yet another thing that doesn't come naturally to me.
Not to burst anyones bubble but it can't work. It's possible on wireless speakes as the frequencies they work on can be manipulated and taken over. The only way that I know of that would work on a wired speaker is an Electro Magnetic Pulse.
If you can set off an EMP all your stuff has to be off and insulated or you will fry it too. Its very expensive and probably very illegal. Even here

Same thing happened with my parking spot - some guy decided to just start parking his car in my spot without asking. I left a note under the wiper, something like "this spot is indeed available for parking, - just remember to pay me 500 pesos in the morning, or we can work out a monthly plan." Never seen that car ever again.

i asked about pking in someones spot in a apt complex with 32 sold spots and 30 spots...it was ok for 6 months or so and then the sister came and wanted money$$ for the unused spot... my neighbor....nice....i moved one spot over....mine....it was a difficult pking...but as it was never full .....the sister was making money the old fashioned way...
