I agree. The last time I was in Germany I didn't like the beer for being too warm. I investigated. They make excellent beer. And probably the best cooling systems in the world. However, the cafe owners are terrified of the next electricity bill.

Germany and RD are night and day.
I do not see too many people willing to partake in a beverage that is warm when the temperature is 32c/90f, cafe aside.
