Kudos to delancerguy for being on this forum. It's great that users can express their concerns and they are taking note.

There are Dominican companies that are starting to take customer service seriously. They will soon learn that customer service trumps price in many service industries. People don't mind paying for quality, if they get consistent quality.

Because there is no doubt that Delancer's services aint cheap.
