Dermatologist recommendation for the Capital or SDEste.

So I look up "dermatólogo en Santo Domingo Este" and found a couple, but it seems they are geared to face lifts and other costmetic stuff. I'm really looking for a dermatologist who can diagnose a pre-cancerous spot on my arm and then of course treat it. Anybody got any ideas?
