Ironically, on the same link that I referenced there is an example that shows a heading with a number:

9 fallecidos en incendios el pasado a?o en Arag?n

Arag?n - 9 fallecidos en incendios el pasado a?o en Arag?n - ADN.es

However, the rules of capitalization are followed. Note that fallecidos is not capitalized. Contrast this with 90 Millas on Gloria Estefan's album.

Therefore, as I mentioned in my previous post that it's debatable but bending on the "no". Now my own query has been answered. Therefore, even with numbers in titles the rules of capitalization prevail.
