Lots of threads on this subject including one very recent one.

If sending mail to the DR, use your Miami courier's package address for the correspondence. Same rates as for a package same delivery time.

If sending mail from the DR, it's a bit tougher.

Major couriers FedEX/UPS/DHL - reliable but expensive
Imposdum - it is what it is. Relatively cheap but somewhat inconsistently unreliable.
Find a MailMule™

Someone reported that CPS a few months ago accepted outgoing letter mail.

encargo pac only has only the one address but still does not do well with correspondence

Then use EPS's package address since you seem to have an account with them also. You probably can't fix encargo pac so you'll have to use a different company for correspondence and have it sent to the package address when you need it quicker than the regular but cheaper letter address.

I said it in another thread and someone pointed me to this one, theres a site called couriers.do that has all the data about the couriers in the DR, not just la capital and they are always adding more couriers. They also recently released a mobile app.
Because the nature of my work I use it all the time, good stuff.

Looks like a nice site. Commenting this page (https://couriers.do/compararFacilidades) for BMCargo. It says that they have no "compras asistidas" and no calculators. Yes, they have no calculator as far as I know, but they are quick in quoting anything if you send them an email. For "compras asistidas", yes, they do have this, not sure why the comparison says that no. It done in their office, and I assume that's not possible at the moment due to the pandemic, but normally they do.

I'll let them know.
