I also want to add for any gringo thinking of marrying a Dominican woman I suggest you fly here to Chicago or catch me when I am in DR the next time I should be in Santo Domingo is around March 15 to take my class on things you should know before you rent that the tuxedo. I go over what will take place in the first 6 months, dealing with her friends and family,NYC, I even will offer a bonus class on the process when you Escape from the Dominican Republic and the marriage. Many men have failed to escape the DR because their wives convinced them going to the mall together would be better.

I most warn some of you Canadians and gringos many men called the airlines and cancelled their flight after talking with me. If you listen to me and only me I can save you thousands of dollars I promise you that.

I must tell some of you I only lived in Santo Domingo married to my wife for 8 long months, and some of you are thinking just 8 months when so many others posters have 15 10, 5 years in DR why would you listen to me. Okay look at it like this if you were in prison because that is all the DR is a prison disguised as a country, would you listen to man that has been their for 10 plus years or would listen to a man that busted out of that joint in 8 months?

In closing if some of you still do not want to learn from the KID take this one thing with you please! If a Dominican woman ever say the words " te amo mucho" you RUN!!! like the wind because after that will be constant " Yo necesito and the te amo will fade but the Yo necesito will last for a lifetime

Let me see if I got this straight. The way to sift out the gold-diggers and find true love is to wear the "right" suit, wear the "right" watch and drive the "right" car?

Pollo..no such thing as true love, solamente intereses creados. I have a question for jmb, and i know he knows his stuff.
And the other feller did mentioned...why women (dominicanas) change so very much when they come to nueva yol???
Is it the water? but they do change and a hole lot (not so sure for the better). Please jmb give me an intelligent response, so i could understand this phenomenon.

I do not live in Miami, Atlanta, or Santiago DR the people in these cities believe that to be true not me, but have I received attention from women with my cloths, cologne and the SUV I once drove ALL the time and that is why I tell guys to listen to me, but in no way is this a knock on me. If a woman believes that I am great because of what is around my wrist that is a knock on her parents not me. If they raised a woman she would not be flirting with me because of my worldly possessions.

Like I said earlier as far as intellect goes, you are only a step above if you hang out with people you know are beneath your intellect.
Posessions the same. You're suit and cologne, SUVs are only of interest if you drive it through a deprived neighbourhood to impress the hood rats. Flash men and big SUVs are 10 a penny here in the capital, you know that as you spend so much time here no? not a significant possession at all. I don't understand, you are telling us you know how to score cheap woman, not Dominican woman.
Any man on this site can walk down any street and pick up a woman, no doubt at all. You don't seem to be able to define between woman though, in your mind they are all the same and one is as good as another, which is bollox. It is a very adolescent attitude you can see in Dominican men who have several women on the go and think that is all life is about, very ignorant adolescent mentality.

Give me a nod when you get into town, I'll take you out with some attorney female friends working in the city, we'll see how far your cologne, suits and SUV get you.

I like your confidence, but I think you are on drugs:smoke:

No offense friend x

When a woman does have since of direction or has never had a person to guide her, she constantly makes a circle in her life always ending up right back where she started.

Do you know how many Dominican women were left holding the bag because that believed Harry from Minnesota would improve their life. As for in NYC the Dominican women there have so much baggage most men with a good head on his shoulders would decline the opportunity to date one of them. Dominicans in NYC are very arrogant regarding their looks and when you have women with nothing going on but their looks if gives them a false sense of reality.

Dating a woman in the inner city of NYC, CHI, LA etc can be very difficult because they see the world totally different then a person who grew up outside "el barrio"

btw I may not know a lot in life but one thing I know are WOMEN.

Can I have an example picture of an NYC woman and a SDQ Dominican female. I keep hearing this change, or NYC type but not knowing the USA at all I am lost as to what people are talking about.

Give me example of the typical dress sense from NYC please.

When a woman flys into JFK from SDQ or STI she knows very little how the USA works heck her English skills will only allow her to converse with other Dominicans BAD MOVE. Once Dominicans talk with her and lay down the rules of the road the once shy soft spoken Dominican woman from Bonao is not a rude loud ass woman from the Heights. They sit the woman down and train her:

Oye Chica will run this city NYC belongs to us Dominicans, Puerto Ricans wish they could be us and Mexican women try to bite our style. If this men want to get with us they have to pay, and none of that salon, Kentucky, minutos para tu celular, dinero para Jumbo etc they have to come much harder. If these MF think they can get with one of us fine ass Dominicans for free they got another thing coming.

Now when the woman goes out to search for the 1st victim and see how much money she can get and how easy it was she is only upset with herself for not coming to the NY sooner. As she opens up the door to apartment with her goodies, Air Jordan's, new IPad for her cousin, nails and toes done, and 75 dollars to buy dinner for her and her family she thinks FU$K that love SH$T.

Amen to that!!

JMB773If you are a man that does not mind paying 100% of the time and raising another man child then the DR maybe for you said:
Well, I had been in the "Valley" south Texas, pretty soon I might marry a Mexican woman. That's the best kept "open secret" out here.

Love Dominican women, will continue to go to the DR. After being deceived, lied to and nearly bamboozled into marriage; I've vowed to stop casting pearls to Dominicanas, and will hang out for a weekend and have a good time and catch the next Jetblue flight home to a hot bowl of "posole".

It saddens me to say this, but, with my friend living there now, and integrating into the so-called upper class, lawyers, doctors, government administrators etc.. I thought I had upped my game now that I was in that circle, some have visas and a couple have actually flown over and I put them up and showed them a good time in Florida on my dime while they were going on shopping sprees in the local outlet malls. when I returned to the DR (supposed girlfriend) she picked me up at the airport and went strait to the gas station from the terminal; and with her hand out the next 3 days I was there.

To upper class Dominicanas, having a U.S. visa is not enough, they all want citizenship and know the process better than most. If they don't have a family member that can sponsor them, they know it has to be marriage to a gringo. In the end I realized, it's just that, no matter the education, the social class, it's engrained in their minds, they're all looking for the next sucker. Moving to the sates and/or having residency and U.S. citizenship in my opinion is just another step in the Dominican social Hierachy; it's a goal for all to achieve, even if they don't want to live in the States, they all want to have the ability to come and go as they wish.

A 2011 Toyota 4runner Limited is considered a very high end car driving through the streets of Santo Domingo or Santiago. Now you take that same SUV in any major city in the USA and people won't even give it a second glance.

The comment about lawyers I do not understand. I lose points just sitting at the gate in MIA, ATL or PTY when the screen says Santo Domingo. My girlfriend is a Pharmacist for one of the biggest drugs stores in the world and her ex husband owns multiple Dunkin Donuts, so I am not understanding the comment about a lawyer in Santo Domingo. Anyway I have my own money and do not need a woman and her salary to give validation that I am star.

I have a beautiful daughter in SD and I remind her how she is one kind because she is the only daughter of JMB773 in DR and that alone is a sign of greatness, but living in DR always remind her that she is not. She has picture of her big sister her in Chicago that she has on her dresser in her bedroom. She has never met her sister, but loves to tell people she has a sister in Chicago, IL USA.

Now if I really wanted to make it happen and have my daughter here with me and her sister I could have ask my mother for 5,000usd and my other two sisters for same and 5 thousands from my account and pay her mother a total of 20,000usd to allow my kid to live with me here in the states. My family and I have talk about this, but I won't be able to look my child in the face knowing her mother sold her for the cost of a Honda Civic.

If you think I am one of those tight pants wearing Dominicans that thinks a good day is having sex and having money for Brugal you have me confused. I respect most Dominican women in DR because if I didn't my daughter would have been gone a long time ago.

It is when people make comments like that, that I doubt their involvement or experience at all with Santo Domingo. What you have stated above quite simply is not true, absolute tosh. You don't even make posing entry level with that vehicle, you need to up your game considerably if you want to impress people how you feel you do. I can assure you, people are not giving you a second glance, maybe only yourself in your rear view every few seconds. But like I said, I doubt your involvement here with comments like that.

What I mean is you say you know women and they are attracted to you. You know the field and the Dominican woman, I am saying no you don't. You know cheap gutter trash that will spread em for a few drinks and ride in a pretty bog standard vehicle. Up your game and see your wealth of experience (what is it, an 8 month failed marriage?) get laughed out of the venue, seriously friend, no offense.

I hope you have a higher opinion of your daughter in adulthood than you do of every other Dominican woman, you don't seem to offer her much hope when you have her pigeon holed and know her future before she has a chance to live it.

It is obvious you fked up and are bitter because you married a woman who took you for a ride, that is evident and makes sense why you are so bitter on all Dominican women. It's not nice but you need to see that was your mistake, not all women are the desperate sort and out to take all gringos for a ride just because you settled for a cheap chica. No offense.

If you think I am one of those tight pants wearing Dominicans that thinks a good day is having sex and having money for Brugal you have me confused. I respect most Dominican women in DR because if I didn't my daughter would have been gone a long time ago.

I still think you don't see your own identity here, you seem more materialistic than any women I've come across, you attract the wrong sort, you obviously think what you have makes you who you are, and are happy to buy emotions. As if bragging you have stuff does not make you look like a dreamer, sorry, it really does you no favours. And again you seem to be incapable of defining Dominican women as individuals. I dunno buddy, takes alsorts I'm sure and it's nice to see the variety of animals in the zoo.
Good luck with your daughter and future.

I don't agree whit this. A 2011 Toyota 4runner is kind of halfway to a very high end car. It's not even high end within Toyota vehicles. Try a Range Rover, a Land Cruiser, a Cayenne, an BMW X6, a Mercedes GLK or a Lexus and then we're talking. At least in Santo Domingo.

Yeah right the average Dominican living in SD or Santiago can afford a 40,000usd plus SUV. I just read somewhere that Dominicans are having a hard time affording food and your bringing up a Lexus?

I never said that people in DR does not drive these sort of cars, but you look for these sort of vehicle they are no way common in the DR, but anything is common if you have your radar on to detect them.

btw ridden in all of these SUV s and let me tell you unless you have the BMW M6 or the Porsche Cayenne Turbo or GTS all these form of transportation feel the same. The 4runner is a Lexus with a Toyota badge and vice versa.

Well that clarifies my initial thoughts, you are hanging around poor people, poor people are very very easy to impress, you can do that with a RD165 bottle of Brugal.
This level of car is common as muck in the capital, you aint impressing anyone driving this, simple.

Poor people??? Do you know how much the average Dominican woman makes in DR? You think the DR is wealthy country? You got taken for a ride because you call the Dominican Republic home. Yeah a gringo married to a Latin woman and decided to call her country home, not many of you in the world LOL

People in DR know JMB773 is not some clown a$$ brother calling another man's woman his wife. People see me fly in and fly out in less then a week, because I am not there to wear a polo shirt and fit in. I have repeated this a million times I AM NOT ATTRACTED to Dominican women why is this so hard to grasp. A Dominican woman can't turn me down because I am not into them. I love Japanese women and women from the Middle East and they are totally different then you average Dominicana.

Giveadog I do not want your Dominican women so relax you are a better husband then me I was in DR the United Kingdom should be very proud of you for being a good husband to a Dominican woman.

btw I do not get women because of what have, I get them because of what I don't have. A man with a second and third place mentality.

Spending more then a week in Santo Domingo are for people trying to find some meaning in a life that they are not happy with. Noise, trash, BS, humidity, horny gringos and gringas sounds like a hell of a vacation.
