QUESTION ; Does LOCRIO goes with beans on the side ? OR It’s that something that “NO PEGA” (it’s not Normal ) ?


I ask my girlfriend to cook for me so she made a LOCRIO DE CERDO with NO beans on the side and she said NO-ONE cooks beans on the side when they make a LOCRIO according to her that will be a SIN !


so is it normal or NOT To cook beans on the side with LOCRIO ?

It's normally not sold with a side of beans. Any time I order locrio from a cafeteria, I always ask for a side of beans. Locrio is too dry for me.

Now, give me her number so I can call and tell her you don't believe her. LOL

Locrio de longaniza and locrio de carne de cerdo are the best meals in the history of EVER!
DO NOT ruin them by adding beans.

Moro is made with rice and any kind of beans: moro de gandules, habicuelas, frijoles...

Locrio has meat instead of beans: locrio de cerdo, pollo, longaniza, arenque...
