This was a riverbend in Monte La Jagua, Moca, we were there for what comes next....
An Ecuadorian friend from NYC and my buddy from Moca, we all met on another DR message board, they hooked up and got married, now living happily in Brooklyn
I'm not big on sweets or any dessert other than arroz con leche, but the wedding cake was damn good and everyone at the wedding took a pic of it
On the way to Santiago....the Duarte Expressway (DR-1) has great views, specially that part right around Bonao, when it's uphill most of the way

A stretch of the beach at Playa Dorada, it was interesting to see the Blue Flag flying there, but it was a very clean beach and local vendors were allowed on there

One thing, has anyone ever come across a camera shy chica on this country? I certainly haven't and the photos I've taken they seem to be naturals infront of it. Infact men and women, they certainly love thier picture taken.

Speaking of your pics, the blonde in the 2nd pic looks somewhat familiar, but since "RD es un patio" it is absolutely possible that I know her or have met her before. Or maybe she has a friend that's a friend of mine and is on Facebook ... Facebook has made DR an even smaller place, if that's possible.
