IT GETS OLD, reading the same sh!t about men shopping for Dominican women: asking how/where/with whom to do it. It makes quite a few people sick...for #)$* sake, there is a guy bragging on here because he bartered for sex with a few cheap outfits. So sad.

Thanks, yeah I'm sure they can spell their nonsensical prattle about how "I'm the only one they talk to" all they want. I really just want to meet some cool chicks to hang out with for a little while, not trying to take someone down the aisle.

I have used thi ssite. You will have no problem hooking up. They will ask you to buy them a few things. I just take them shopping and we pick out an outfit or two that we both think she looks sexy in. Then we enjoy ourselves for the rest of my visit.

That's reasonable, I've meet girls on a couple of my trips who within 2 hours of meeting them are asking me for a new phone that way they can call me with it. So I won't mind if my only expense is an outfit or two.

Why does it gets old?? If you find it sad and sick that men are looking for girls then just don't read the thread and that's it. He is not SHOPPING for Dominican women, he is looking to meet girls, totally different than paying a hooker. But I guess in your mind a man looking to have a good time with a girl is disgusting... typical....

Forget about those sites. You speak Spanish and know the country. Just venture out on your own. You will do fine.

Which I've done, but tbh I'm trying to bypass the whole courting phase. From my experience girls usually take awhile to feel comfortable with a guy like 2-3 nights of going out. Also I can arrange to meet several girls from the comfort of my own home.

So I see your problem as needing to get away from family, because when you stay with family or in the apartment the family is watching and doesn't approve of this sort of thing. They are cramping your style.

Same thing with your friend's choice in "hook-ups"--really annoying that they want you to meet good girls from good families! Certainly stay away from those friends till you are older and ready for that sort of thing.

So get away from the Dominican experience you know so well, and become a tourist in your own country. Better yet, bring a non-Spanish speaking gringo friend with you, they attract what you are looking for like experts!

Lucky for me the apartment my parents own no one lives in. It's empty a year round until me or my parents go to visit the DR. So I'll have no problems having guest over. Which I think is sort of dangerous anyways, I mean I barely know these chicks, whose to say when I fall asleep everything not nailed down won't be taken? My only comfort is that the Apartment has 24/7 security, and that the door locks from the inside with a key and if a girl really wanted to make off with everything I own she'd have to find the keys, and get past security.

So if that is the biggest problem in my life, I'll have to admit it's been a good life.
