Juan Manuel - Corazón de bachata. I think this bachatero passed under the radar. His debut album was released in 1998 in a time frame when bachata really peaked. Too much competition with the other well-known artists but this song and the album get a five star from me.

My wife's favorite canción for the last six months Everyone knows Romeo. But, Zacarías Ferreíra is a well known bachatero in his own right for more than 20 years.

I like this one though for more than six years Carlos Santana. Carlos is from Jalisco MX originally but obviously famous and from U.S. for many years.
