Co?o - can mean many things, but the best one is F**K
Berdugo - The best - also use words like Tigeraso or Monstruo - usually means he/she is the best at whatever is being described.

Are you sure that the word "co?o" is a pastry in Central and South America? You are too funny! Please get that idea out of your head. Co?o is "co?o" as Talldrink explained. Mostly used by Dominicans but trust me any Latino will understand that it does not mean "Merry Christmas".
I suggest you look up the meaning because I don't think it can be posted here (at least I am not going to) and based on what you think it means you better go look it up. Just do a word search on the internet I am sure you will find it "de inmediato".

I just want to know the original meaning, in my opinion it's weird that human being get offended by words that we don't generally define. Co?o is obviously the spanish F-word, I prepared a speech for a class on the origins of curse words and the F-word is quite intriguing, also it is not a acronym, but back to my case, I have been researching spanish (Dominican) curse words yet most words I am researching are unexplainable. Also in many other latin countries words are interchangeable (ie Argentina) tell somebody in Argentina "Yo quiero coher la gua-gua para ir downtown". Translation= I want to have sex with a lizard downtown. Coher=sex, gua-gua=lizard. They don't speak spanglish in Argentina. I've heard co?o is a pastery but im not sure that is true and since language is interchangeable... or of course I could just been told a bold face lie by a peruvian.

Well, there are so many unexplainable things in and about DR, not only the language. There was a thead a few months back of odd things seen, heard or experienced in DR and the list is endless!

IT came from Latin and has the same roots as the English word "c..t", and same meaning. In Spain,it is the word for "it".

No, I would never say that, I am not an idiot, I just wanted to confirm my original belief, that it only has one universal meaning. Most humans get so easily offended it was surprising to learn how many do not know the origin of curse words. For example Berdugo, some people Dominicans tell me it's cool to refer to someone by that phrase yet others get offended, that's was my other reason for asking what does berdugo mean, another word is chopo, it is a word use to describe a servant but some use it to degrade people. It's not berdugo but verdugo and it translates literally as "executioner". Sieso is the exact same word as co?o and as the latter it also refers to the female genitalia but can be used as an expletive too. Same goes for pipo, but this is a north/Cibao word. Canillita is a kid that sells newspapers in street corners. It is also the diminutive of canilla, 'skinny leg' in Dominican slang (as in ?que canillas tiene esa tipa!).
Estar en la papa means 'to be prosperous'.
Paletero is a street vendor that sells cigarretes, candies and chewing gum from a box that resembles a large suitcase.

Ta'To, it's all good, but some DR1 members like to fuss & argue. Some of my homeboys designed customs T-shirts spelling Berdugo with a B, I guess thats the difference in Dominican slang, change a letter and the word becomes good, just like black (African-Americans).
