I fly domestically often as well, I dont carry my passport, and having global entry, it gives you TSA pre-check as well. Just an added touch of convenience. I was a regular customer of "Before Boarding" at Santo Dom Airport. However I stopped using the service as the lines have not been that long coming and going.

I used them regularly with car service as well. It was a good product. However, even if they wisk you through immigration you still must wait for your bags to be de-planed and hit the carousal. Now I just use the car service and a porter with a cart.
