i happen to know of a guy who had to rent a jeepeta for 3 days, to provide the cops with transportation to seek out a guy who had thrown a can of paint on his car.

Did we not see photos from Pich last year that showed the mass of new vehicles being given to the police? Am I imagining this, I remember there was a huge amount of cash invested and an absolute mass of new uniforms and vehicles. What happened to all those?
