DR is 10th in tourist arrivals by air

In 2023, the Dominican Republic was positioned as the tenth country with the best performance in tourist arrivals by air, according to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

The UNWTO’s World Tourism Barometer indicates that the DR registered a 24% growth in its air arrivals. The DR was the destination of choicefor most air arrivals to the Caribbean in 2023.
