So which one is correct, the recently discussed DR has worst internet in the whole region or this "superconnected"? I hardly think the "worst internet" and "the country is leading the region in internet connectivity" from the article above can be right?

There must be a superduperconnected category as it normally takes a few trips to my bank here to make a successful transaction, due to machine malfunction at the teller.

Totally agree. It's what you pay for. I never have problems at the grocery store and rarely at the ATM. Home and on the road are different stories completely.
