DR1 Legal Expert on Leave

Hi All,

My name is Alfredo Guzman and I've been asked by my father Fabio J. Guzman, this forum's expert, to fill in for him until he returns from vacation on the week of May 22. I recently graduated from law school at PUCMM Santiago (http://www.drlawyer.com/txt/attorneys/aguzman.html) and I'm presently an MBA candidate at RIT ( Rochester Institute of Technology).

I've been a constant reader of DR1's forums for more than 4 years now and I'm looking forward to further inform members on the Dominican Republic's legal environment and structures with my comments & answers.
