DR1 Slowed to a Crawl

Is it just me or does DR1 seem to have slowed to a crawl these past few days ?
If it's DR1's server what happened ?

I noticed a slowdown yesterday or the day before. Investigation led to the conclusion that it was the internet feed and not just DR1. DR1 was slightly laggy but not so much as to give me cause to give up trying to read the posts. During the troubles I had lost about 1/2 my usual bandwidth.

Not only dr1 for me, but the whole internet.
I normally have a 180-200 ping here in the dr, yesterday i had 400 + ( back in europe its 40 to 60ms ).
