Nice over head drone shots, but to many repetitive shots. Seems like it was just the top level. maybe that was the purpose?

Stretching the definition of "Penthouse" for sure. Gotta discount points for location in SDE too.

Too much time spent on the top floor, and we saw very little of the interior downstairs.

The maintenance is a big no for me. It is the same as oceanfront property. Everyone wants one until they own one.

You know what else I did see? An elevator.
