Are you plotting these on a map?

The last two are in a similar area , aren't they ?

A map would be interesting - to me , at least

UNless I am mistaken, and possibly are ; there seems to be more earthquakes in the zone than before.
Does this mean that the frequency of quakes could lead to more intense events?
Never had much to do with earthquakes in my life.
But I did read recently where the earth is expanding its geology. That means tectonic plates may shift.
Also read recently where the earth's gravitational forces are less this year than before ... may cause gelogical expansion.

Not sure it is Hokus Pokus Science or reality.
I guess we will soon see.

Like the map with locations of seismic events.

It is difficult to draw any concrete conclusions and even harder to extrapolate this data into the future. There are experts for that. Yes, the frequency of small tremors has notably increased in the DR/PR/USVI area over the past 12 months. Tectonic plates are moving and pressure builds up and is released causing other pressure points to respond accordingly along the fault in the Atlantic. Somewhere north of the DR/PR along the fault, the pressure is building and not being released in small jolts.

The major fault line running through the interior of the DR is relatively quiet and that may or may not be a good thing.

This area is due for a significant quake and like the good people along the west coast of NA, "we" are in wait & see mode. Everyday that passes without one, is one day closer to "the day."
