The president of the Senate, Eduardo Estrella (Dominicanos por el Cambio – Santiago) tweeted he tested positive for Covid-19. He says he does not have symptoms and will continue working from home. He has had three vaccines, including the booster.
This is the second time Estrella has caught the disease. On 4 September 2021, he reported that he and his wife tested positive for Covid-19.
