No, if I ran a cruise tour, I wouldn't take them anywhere outside of the Puerto Plata area. My goal would be to get them spending as much money in Carnival activities (like buying beers at their port facility) as possible, while keeping them relatively close to the ship so there wouldn't be any delays with disembarkation (which will likely be earlier, as in gone by 3 or 4 p.m.)

But the question posited in the thread was how to get folks on Sosua Beach without exposing them to PC.
