This is something you may do on your own depending how the poles are setup...wires just attached to the poles using clips and you may be able to use an inversol as your power source...maybe check the web, has to be something you can make on your own and again, an inverter should be a great power source, you will also need a volt/ohm meter for testing etc..
sweet Jesus, let your finger talk baby...this came up first on my search, looks the same as i explained it...and easy to do...As I think more about this, call your local power company or stop one of the workers in the street, see if they know a place first..but did you try the Americano store by Ikea?
