How come I can add emojis to posts from my laptop but not my cellphone or tablet?

You should be able to, I do all the time. Right above the text box is a smiley face, and if you click it you’ll have lots of choices. I also have my iPhone and iPad emojis at the bottom of my screen at all times.
I use android and it's not there. On my laptop if I hit the like button it gives me about 5 choices. Nothing on the cellphone or tablet.

You can insert them manually, however. Yesterday i wanted to add a clap emoji to a post but couldn't find it when on my phone.
Instead i typed : c l a p : without the spaces and got

The smiley face is on my laptop but not the cell or tablet. See the attached photo. Also if I hit the like button on my tablet it shows the blue thumbs up and 4 or 5 emojis that I have used. Only the blue thumbs up appears on the cell and tablet.

, these are easy to do. But, the other day I was trying to upload a placard meaning explosives when mentioning the Haitian border. (we were joking about mining it) and couldn't do it. Asks for a URL.
Ok. I found it on my tablet. I will tackle my cellphone next. Probably tomorrow. Don't want to over excert myself today.
