I prefer to go out in small groups to places that are not bustling.
if we're talking about ball events and discos? The thing that ruins it for me here to be honest is the lack of education and how people have no concept of spatial awareness here. i.e stand in front of a door that opens just because they want to or they feel important and try to assert the cultural tigre thing. This makes me not want to go to events because it's irritating. Other things that make me not want to participate to be honest and little can be done about it is music that is at 160 decibels and unable to even communicate properly with people.
I like being around groups that are professional here, it's refreshing and the professionals that are here are open to networking and normally have warm personalities to compliment their knowledge and profession. Like others said; more organization and intention to meet others and network with people who are honest and ambitious.
