They the ones who’s monthly cheque was stopped?
No, the ones that have been supplying government services but not receiving any money owed to them. Plus, the ones whose neighborhoods are plagued by drugs and criminals.... etc. The electrical system is worse, the water delivery is worse...etc.

Yeah, that's a valid point, especially up in the hills where you are.
I know because I have two friends who are suppliers and it's always a fight for them to get paid.
I imagine you know a few as well.
At the same time, there are literally thousands upon thousands of suppliers who apparently either can absorb the gap between service and payment. If not, they go under.
I suspect it's a "who you know" issue as well.
