Absolutely Wrong.. There is more than one different cable for android. If it is not the same it will not work. Check the model for both phones here https://www.gsmarena.com/lg_k4_(2017)-8489.php. Needs to be the same. Or you can get a photo of the Blue charger and send it to Nan P..................

Sounds to me as if CD might not be aware of the use of USB C cables and connectors for some newer electronics.
