I've not had a problem getting in anywhere after the 2nd day of the stupid. We have gone to restaurants, supermarkets, barbers, colmados, and other businesses and only the 2nd day was I turned away.

Please, don't talk about undermining laws until you first address corruption, red light running, horrible driving, etc. As stated earlier, this is not a big whoop. However it will be for Coco because they need to make it look good.

I can agree the fax card is a lesser offense than the false/fake test results used for airplanes and entering countries.

Agree they are independent issues, Windy. But as with all laws and infractions thereof, there must be priorities set because of finite resources. I would hope this is well below murder and rape. In my own priority list, it would be below littering. Obviously some don't agree, which is obviously their prerogative.

True Nan. I sort of agree when it is about entering supermarkets etc. The big difference is if the documents are used to try and cross borders together with passport or passport and visa.

Speaking of immigration, if she is a legal resident here, she could have big problems renewing her residency with this on her record.

How serious this is to anyone here really doesn't matter. It's what the government thinks of this and I think they will take it very seriously - a lot more than littering or running a red light. This was a presidential mandate.

I said nothing about being positive. If you know you're positive, yes stay home for 10 days or just make sure you walk outside by yourself. Don't go in anyplace.

But that is not the same as getting a fake vax card so you can go into certain buildings. Major difference.

It has zero to do with my agreement. I have no say in the matter.
It has everything to do with how much of an example the government wants make of Coco Loco to discourage other forgers.
