Sunday, 26 July 2020 is Father’s Day for Dominicans. The day is marked on the calendar to be celebrated the last Sunday in July. It will be a peculiar day, with the country under a new spike in cases of Covid-19. Given that there is a 5pm curfew hour, families that get together will be doing so mostly for breakfast or lunch.

Families are asked to exercise the same physical distancing and hygiene measures such as mask wearing to avoid their loved ones from catching the disease.

Family and friend gatherings after the relaxing of the restrictions are known to have caused lots of the new spread of the disease.

Lol that means you need to fry the egg in a vat of Crisol until the yolk is defunct and the edges of the whites are black!
