I would agree that the first four years Leonel seemed to be doing a better job for the country but his more recent years show a desire to be considered something he can not achieve & it is P*$$*ng him off big time. I would DISAGREE that his hands are tied 'to a certain extent by the true powers' - to me his hands, feet, whole body are tied down on a chair (albeit a flying one with all the trips he makes) & he has stopped thinking of 'The Country' so as to concentrate on his 'Legacy'!! Such a waste of a good brain which could have done SO MUCH for the country!! ~ Grahame.
