Is there some government in DR who has a register of the owner of land or lots.
I find a good place with an unfinished house on it. It is in the countryside.
When I talk to the neighbour they say that the house was built for over 10 years ago and no one has been there since.
They don't know who owns the plot, only that it is about 5 tarea.
No electricity is connected so I can't ask the company.
Is there someone in this forum who been in the same situation?
