what makes it Irish ?
what is an irish american ? how many generations before you lose the Irish bit ;-0
The owner, Big Frank, is Irish-American; he has a green Day-Glo aura around his mouth at all times. Oh yeah...and he has thousands of Irish stories--each one bigger then the last.
Go check him out and talk to him.
Why do they call him "Big" Frank. Seems he's sbout 5'-8" and a buck sixty wet. At least he said he was the owner.
Then I got the wrong guy but he said he was the owner and he's not even close to 200, so he must have been someone just hanging on but he went behind the bar to talk with the managerI would think closer to 2 buck sixty

Next time I'll look for someone fatter than meBig Frank 160lbs? Maybe when he was born.

I think you're talking about the latest Frank to be involved, Little Frank, also from Cabarete. The New York guy with the shaved head? Frankly, the only way to work there is to call yourself Frank!
Well customer service is paramount. When someone walks in find out what they want within the first 30 seconds - usually it's a drink while they look around or look at the menu. Never make the customer ask for service.
Funny thing is, most of these "advisors" and complainers wouldn't likley spend $20.00 between all of them I'm sure the Franks, big and little have a pretty good idea how to run a bar
Frank can't be the only "storyteller" in Cabarete. What about O'Shay's sponsoring a "Storyteller" contest for St. Patrick's Day. Totally true - well maybe a bit exaggerated, outrageous stories. To be fair, Frank and frank can't compete but would make totally awesome Judges!
Are there multiple owners?
