The English word is phlegm.

There is a syrup with onion, radish and honey and one with watercress that people swear by - it's sold in most pharmacies.

Flema is not a word made up by dominicans. However, if the Phlegm (mucus) is in your respiratory passages, please see a doctor.
If you are phlegmatic (not easily excited to action) fly to the DR.

I think eating citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruit, lemons) help sweep out the phelm from your system and out of your intestines. Also taking a vitamin C capsule every day will definitly keep any phlem out of your system. Since I started taking Vitamin C 1000mg a day even when I get a slight cold it seems to be for a shorter time than it was before and very little phlegm.

but for a quick fix, yes watercress, radish and onions and honey is a good combination to oxigenate your blood and in turn clearing your lungs. Make a juice of it and drink as soon as u make it, its not good to keep around as the nutritional properties diminish when exposed to the air.

I think this one went way off topic way too soon and I believe the OP got the question answered.
