That looks like the place in San Juan de la Maguana that I mentioned in a recent thread - apparently built by a local artist but never completed because of some construction defect. However, it looks like it has advanced somewhat since I last saw it, about 2 years ago.

Every time we drive through Haina on the way to Najayo Beach or Palenque Beach we see this wall painting on domestic violence with the husband strangling his wife. Unique, no?
