OMG know this man....very nice real estate rental and sales person. What will happen to his business....we just placed a deposit on one of his rentals...he was very professional now what to do...our condolences to his family and friends.

we passed the burnt car going to Cabrette for diner on Sunday...it was toast! Not much left of it and a crowd was forming.please keep posting updates as we had just made a deposit for a long term rental of his and ....we..it looks like a mess...RIP he was so very helpful, organized and did as he said he would do.

this does not surprise me. those arrests looked like standard "guilty by association". quite often some family/friends/neighbours get arrested in relation to different cases (see the story of frank12). "arrest have been made" looks good on paper and seeing that many murders are committed by people known to the victim one may count there is someone guilty among several detained.

Jeesus, outdoing themselves on the photo front, must be the most disturbing and unnecessary I have seen in many years. Occasionally I have to just shake my head, drop my chin and wonder what on earth is wrong with these people showing such images over and over with no parental option to cover their kids eyes, or even why on earth they think we need to see maggots in a murdered mans head. It has absolutely no relevance. There really is something wrong with someone who is so intrigued with violent death, gore and filth. Yet for an entire nation to become consumed with intrigue is alright?

And there really is no understanding of why people grow up to be so violent, unscathered by violent acts, think nothing of cracking a rock over someone's head, chopping someone's arms off, really, people wonder why? Maybe ingraining it into kids lives has a little to do with it?

Yes, I am used to it, I am not surprised, it's just how it is, but I was just biting into my pork and beet root sandwich when I clicked on the report, not impressed.

Those photos are not taken for the gringo community but rather for the Dominican readership.
Dominicans seem to love seeing dead people (and my wife is no exception).
IMO, it is just the high standard of their culture.... :rolleyes:
