wendys is not a good fast food option here in the us The only good things are the spicy nuggets , chili with cheese & frosty . No tiene sazon para nada . At least Taco bell has seasoning or mcd too but Wendy sucks

The 13th of august they opened (first only drive thru; after one or 2 days also the restaurant). They are on the luis ginebra, next to the shopping place where pizza hut/la locada/liqormarket are. First couple of days it was busy like hell.

The kids used to love the Wendy's in PC, the one near the airport, especially since we don't have a McDonald's here. Many times, a trip to Wendy's was the family solution—whether it was bribing or rewarding the kids for good grades at school, during COVID when no one wanted to cook, or just for breakfast during the school run. The breakfast avena was a hit.😋😋...and coffee wasn't too bad ....if you like coffee with your sugar. 😂

It was the one-size-fits-all solution.... and at one point, there was nothing a 'Biggie Box' with a frosty couldn't fix😬🙂.

Then, all of a sudden, it stopped. They got tired of it. I'm sure Wendy's misses us. I hear that these days the standard has gone down anyway...like serving cold fries and items often unavailable.

So these days, the kids prefer Lebanese cuisine and Pedidos Ya chicken wraps🤔🤷‍♂️. Long story.

I avoid the "Biggie Box" - just not satisfying !

Is there really a well-seasoned fast food hamburger out there?

Whenever I have to renew my residency, I always go to the one on Av. Tiradentes. Never disappointed and the frosty machine always worked. I'll definitely go to the one in Pto. Plata next time I'm there.

I have yet to see a Wendy’s close anywhere and I think there are more Wendy’s than Taco Bell. This might be true in the DR too. In fact, I think Taco Bell is only found in the Capital and Santiago. Wendy’s is now even in Puerto Plata.
