Could you please stop jim crowing us? What do we have to do to finally make you understand that the DR IS NOT (and is not forced to be) THE BLEEDING USA. We don't practice (nor have ever practiced) your acursed "one drop" rule. Period.

Thankfully you are right - this is not the bleeding USA.
Although maybe we should learn form the USA's mistakes rather than repeating them with out at least trying to understanding why.
