hallucinogenic mushrooms legal in DR?

all i asked was if it is legal or not.....i doubt i could get locked up for that , some of you people need to quit acting like little b*$&%es. if its legal i wanted to eat a couple and go to a nice beach or maybe hiking up in the mountains...somewhere pretty....i dont see anything wrong with that. there are some amazing places to be seen here...beautiful places, and a few shrooms would magnify that beauty 1,000 times...colors and details are MUCH more rich and vibrant, its hard to explain. people have been eating these things since the beginning of time, including the taino indians who drew pictures of it on cave walls. dont look down on me cause i occasionally enjoy doing something you dont know anything about. this isnt some junkie drug like cocaine or heroin..its more of a spiritual thing. there are actually many people who believe what was referred to as "mana" in the bible is actually hallucinogenic mushrooms because of the very clear description of how it grows overnight and spoils very quickly...google it. .. and yes...they do grow here. anywhere there is a few months of 70 degree or higher weather. i know exactly where to find them. they're legal in the uk and in some places inside the US(florida). anyway...the question was is if anyone knows if this is legal here or not. i dont care for your thoughts on if its right or wrong. mind your own business. and no poker+shrooms would not be a good idea, neither is poker+alcohol. ive played the game professionally on the internet for almost 3 years now...its all i do for work. i'd like to see how good the dominicans are at playing something other than dominoes. poker doesnt seem to be big here and im thinking the games at the casinos must be real easy.

Shrooms are definitely messing up your brain cells.

THe idea is to enjoy all that DR has to offer drug-free. You will enjoy it better b*$&%e

hey i've actually done shrooms and it is not pleasant at all....HALLUCINATIONS....not cool

Shrooms are "legal" here, just eb careful. You might die. Hallucinations are not a problem if you have someone guide you, have sugar around, take the right quantity and take the right type.

You don't have shroom dealers here as you do in the US or Europe. Very underground and not a popular drug, as it is for "thinkers" and well you know...

There has never been a "social progressive" movement in the DR that would have introduced that culture here.

Anyway, you can find them in the DR very easily. In Bonao they are very and I mean very common. Jarabacoa and Constanza in the Cibao region are also known for fertile grounds that can be home to this stuff.

Try the stuff off the cow and horse ****. The stuff found under the trees are dangerous. The white caps and colored caps are misleading. Be careful...

These magic mushrooms are no different than the ones on your pizza, its just the level of psilocybin etc etc etc...


My advice, go to Bonao and ask.

you're right...it can be some pretty scary #&*$ if you dont know what youre getting into or arent in the right state of mind but taken in low quantities, in the right enviroment, right mood, right people....it can be one of the best experiences youve ever had. sitting around the house or walking through the city is NOT the place you want to eat them. but out in nature and somewhere you feel comfortable/safe ...its a totally different story. many things factor in to make the experience good or bad. you dont really hallucinate unless you eat too much. in low doses...everything is just more colorful and vibrant. your body can still function fine. besides...its much better for you than alcohol or cigarettes which i personally think should be illegal, if anything, because of the thousands of people it kills every year. nobody has ever died from eating the specific mushrooms ive talked about. there are people who died from going out and picking poisonous mushrooms they thought were something else. but not these. (pscilocybe cubensis) they arent known to have ANY harmful effects on the body nor are they addictive. so what is so awful about this plant to some of you? why think badly of anyone who chooses to eat it once in a blue moon? people can be so closed minded to something they dont know about.

nice to see someone who is a little more "open" to this subject. im curious...whats up with the sugar...i know a lot about these things but ive never heard anything about eating sugar while taking them. most importantly .... are you sure they are legal here? how do you know this? ive heard drugs like ecstacy are not on the list but still just as illegal as anything else. im not trying to do ANYTHING illegal here. if anyone wants info about this go to shroomery.org. you can learn anything about it there including hundreds of people who write about their experiences with it, some very good, some very bad. but even the worst experiences only lasted 4 hours and were all in the mind. if you do decide you want to try it, do your research about the effects and read all of the tips. but most importantly you need to be ABSOLUTELY SURE you have the right type of mushroom. there are many ways to tell if its what youre looking for. they have a distinct smell to them, turn blue sometimes blueish green a few minutes after being bruised, like a banana does., grow in certain areas, etc. but different kinds can grown within inches of each other. i wouldnt buy them in a shop either if you see them, i wouldnt trust someone else to pick them for me. the only place to find the specific types im talking about is in cow pastures, they dont grow directly out of fresh cow manure like many people think. just out of soil that has been enriched by the manure of stomachs from multi-chambered animals, especially cows, sometimes horses, i think goats and sheep too.

do you drink bronx boy? you know alcohol is a drug dont you? everyone stop drinking. if you're in DR you should be experiencing every moment with a clear mind. i dont even drink myself...maybe 3-4 times a year if that. it doesnt do too much for me except slow me down. why dont you go to the beach(not boca chica or anywhere you might get harassed) or somewhere beautiful in DR and eat about 1-2 grams of dried shrooms then come back here and reply..id bet anything you wont be talking that same sh**. youll come back telling us about how everything looked so "unbelievably heavenly". sure it looks pretty heavenly without the shrooms...but im telling ya...those shrooms will magnify it 1000 times over. it will blow your mind. i had my mind blown sitting in my backyard in the US just watching the wind blow through the trees. and listening to the sound of it. my backyard is NOT pretty. i know DR is. i cant imagine what it would be like to see a nice view of the mountains or a sunset/sunrise at the beach after ingesting a few hongos de brujos
