Help with flight info please

I have some relative coming over, I dont know if Im doing something wrong
searching but its being a pain finding a flight from.

POP
SDQ
LRM
PUJ

No charter to Toronto or Montreal, here is the hard ball: a Fligh that doesnt stop in the USA there is not time to apply either for transit or visitor.

Im looking departing on the 24 Sept.

There are charter flights from POP to both YYZ and YUL right now. SkyService (to YYZ) and Air Transat (to YUL) fly on Sunday only and Air Canada is on Saturdays (to YUL).

If you are looking to book online....you can't because the charters aren't set up to book a round trip from the DR to Canada. You would have to call their local DR numbers and book a ticket as a One way...but then you run into the problem of getting back to the DR...because you can't book a One Way from Canada to DR on the charters!:ermm:
