Help with PUJ

I'm looking for some help with PUJ.

I have a Haitian friend taking a flight at 620AM from PUJ to Panama City. Should he be there 2 hours early, ie 420AM. The flight is 7 September.

Assuming that's true or close to true. What would be a recommended hotel to stay at to get reliable service to the airport that early? Is that even realistic? Given the unreliablilty of the DR as a whole, would it be better for him to just crash in the airport the night of the 6th?

There is the Four Points Sheraton which is close to the airport. Yes, I would arrive at least 2 hrs. prior to flight departure. Sometimes you just never know what delays may happen.

Crash at the airport. Did that a week ago Monday in the USA because it was life or death for me to get a lost passport.

Yes open 24 hours.............But as suggested Four Points is 1 minute away..............
