Fulano you seem to know the capital very well ; can you tell us on your opinion what is the safest neighborhood in the whole Santo Domingo …. Please do NOT answer with “ crime can happen anywhere” or with “well it depends”….. GIVE US ONE NAME without a preamble

Rey. I left the capital a long time ago, but I think you will be safe in Piantini, close to Plaza Central (were i lived) and of course Los Pinos, de Arroyo Hondo, but that’s expensive.
