A love poem

susie lee done fell in love,
she planned to marry joe.
She was so happy 'bout it all,
she told her pappy so.

Pappy told her, susie gal,
you'll have to find another.
I'd just as soon yo' ma don't know,
but joe is yo' half brother.

So susie put aside her joe
and planned to marry will.
But after telling pappy this,
he said, 'there's trouble still.'

you can't marry will, my gal,
and please don't tell yo' mother.
But will and joe, and several mo'
i know is yo' half brother.

But mama knew and said, my child,
just do what makes yo' happy.
Marry will or marry joe;
you ain't no kin to pappy.

A love poem - Dominican Style

susie lee done fell in love,
with a Dominican named jose.
She was so happy 'bout it all,
she told her good friend fay

fay said to her "now, susie gal...
you better get your hanky.
I'd just as soon yo' ma don't know,
but jose is a sankie!"

So susie thought about jose
and what her good friend said,
But the bottom line, after all,
he was really good in bed.

"i'll tell you fay, he's got a brother"
said susie, just to tease her.
and what do you know, within 24 hours,
fay found the brother pleased her.

So the moral of the story,
when it comes to a good bedding...
like susie & fay, you never can say
there won't be a Dominican wedding!
