The table on the left is daytime 7-9, and the right side is nighttime from 9 to 7. FWIW, 50 db is not much louder than 2 persons in a normal conversation. My super silent generator only produced 50 db when it runs.

I have Medio Ambiente's "Norma Ambiental para La Proteccion contra Ruidos" with both of those tables and they don't make it any clearer(?).
